Wednesday breakfast @ Dirks Breakfast Bar
Today Dirk, Pierre and me had our Wednesday breakfast again at Dirks flat. Which is very nice because Dirk is a good breakfast cook and so we have an extra egg everytime. And today Pierre brought some oranges and we had fresh orange juice...
But this is not, what I wanted to tell to everybody.
We decided to ask everyone with a full account who is already here on the platform to write his personal article in the PEOPLE section, please.
In the next weeks we thought, it would be great, if we all together start asking certain special things about our cities and the way we live there. Easy things like the question about what products are in the first 2 meters on the left side, when we enter the supermarket where we buy most of our things... One question per week and everyone has the right to question something.
Another news is, that we now have the text ready for the little give away card, we want to produce for everyone of you, that will help promoting this platform. The first design by Ralf you see on the right side. We now only have the problem, that we also want to have the text on it in chinese and we have to check this with our friends at BizArt in Shanghai, the translation and how we can print chinese letters here in Berlin.
And this is to all of you who are spanish or english native speakers... can you read lines following and correct them please? (Its the text for the give-away-half-size-postcard.

I am proud to live where I live!
Last sunday we had elections for the national government of Germany. You an vote for a person from your neigbourhodd directly and you have a second choice for a party. And for the first time in the history of the Green Party, a member of this party was voted directly to the parliament.
His name is Hans Christian Stroebele, he is a left winged pacifist activist and was working as a lawyer for Andreas Baader, one of the head of the german RAF (terror group) when he was in prison at Stuttgart Stammheim. He got around 30 percent of the people here, voting for him. by zebu kluth,

September and me
I'm just doing, what I was doing last year. Cleaning my flat and watching TV at the same time. Now its early morning in NY and CNN is starting the emotional package of rememberance on September 11. Last year I was cleaning my bathroom, when there was the news, a plane crashed into the World Trade Center. And since I am a curious guy I switched to CNN and the next days I spent in front of the TV and my Computer, watching and surfing the Internet and copying all kind of texts from newsgroups, special WTC sites... I have some hundered pages now - without really knowing what to do with it...
I think 911 also influenced and inspired Dirk and me strongly to develop mutation...
Today I stay at home to clean my flat again (be sure, I also did this some time between last year and today) and watch CNN with its national (worldwide) rememberance show.
And since I'm also cleaning my computer from the inside today - I found this picture of me. :-) by zebu kluth,
